Hello everyone, this is Yamiou.

I'll be reporting on my experience fishing with the Tide Minnow Slim MLS series, scheduled for release next month, in my home fishing area, the Boso field.

時期は8月末の東京湾ボートシーバスから実釣開始しました。プライベート船でゼロから魚を探すところから始めて、鳥山やベイトをチェックしながら富津周辺を散策してると、コノシロの大群に遭遇、しかしベイト量が多過ぎてルアーには反応しない。

I started fishing for sea bass from a boat in Tokyo Bay at the end of August. I began by searching for fish from scratch on my private boat, and while exploring the Futtsu area checking for flocks of birds and baitfish, I came across a huge school of gizzard shad, but there was too much baitfish for them to react to my lures.

早々に切り替えて別の変化を探しに移動した先で見つけたマイクカタクチの群衆に、シーバスらしきイーターが付いているのが遠目に目視できました。

I quickly switched gears and moved on to look for other changes, where I spotted a school of anchovies, and from a distance, I could see what looked like a sea bass feeding on them.

ボートを寄せるとベイトが散る為、遠投でアプローチする事にして、タイドミノーフライヤー140から始めました。しかし複雑に移動するベイトとターゲットは一瞬の間も与えてくれませんでした。

Since the baitfish would scatter when the boat got close, I decided to approach them with long casts, starting with a Tide Minnow Flyer 140. However, the baitfish and target fish were moving in a complex pattern and wouldn't give me a single moment to react.

そこで着水点からルアー姿勢の立ち上がりが瞬時に形成される新しいMLS（マグランチャーシステム）を搭載した新しいタイドミノースリム148Fにチェンジしてベイトが動いた先にピンポイントにキャストからの動き出しに待望のヒット。

So I switched to the new Tide Minnow Slim 148F, which is equipped with the new MLS (Mag Launcher System) that instantly sets the lure's posture from the moment it hits the water. I cast it precisely where the baitfish were moving, and as soon as it started to move, I got the long-awaited hit.

その後も同じパターンで連発してくれました。

He continued to produce the same pattern repeatedly after that.

ちょっとした初動の差で釣果に影響する。MLSの磁力で瞬時に重心復帰する機能を体感できた瞬間でした。

Even a slight difference in initial movement can affect the catch. It was a moment when I truly experienced the MLS's magnetic force, which instantly restores the center of gravity.

時と場所を変えてショアからの実釣へ

Changing the time and location, we moved on to actual fishing from the shore.

時期は9月上旬の房総内房河川へ

The timing is early September on the rivers of the inner Boso Peninsula.

雨が降り続く関東圏では、増水が落ち着いたタイミングで河川を調査してみました。

In the Kanto region, where rain continues to fall, we conducted a river survey when the water levels subsided.

濁りが釣果に影響するシーバスゲームにとっては好条件の内房河川で新製品タイドミノースリム148/178F を中心に実釣したところ。ウェイトボールの重心移動に有りがちな、後方から小手先で前方に移動させる動作が無くなった事で、スムーズなリーディングが可能に。流速がある流心から、たるみに広がるピンスポットへのアプローチが快適で、本来の安定したウォブンロールアクションにシーバスもしっかり反応してくれました。

In the inner Boso River, a favorable environment for sea bass fishing where turbidity affects catch rates, we conducted a field test focusing on the new Tide Minnow Slim 148/178F. The elimination of the typical weight ball shifting motion, which requires a quick, flicking motion from the rear to the front, allows for smoother retrieval. Approaching pinpoint spots from the fast-flowing main current to slack water was comfortable, and the sea bass responded well to
